Job summary

Simbadda Group mencari pemimpin operasi pabrik untuk mengelola produksi elektronik secara menyeluruh di fasilitas North Jakarta. Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan produksi, kualitas, dan pengendalian biaya sambil menjaga kepatuhan terhadap SOP dan standar internasional.

Gelar Sarjana di bidang teknik dan pengalaman 8–10 tahun di manufaktur elektronik diperlukan, dengan kemampuan bahasa Inggris; Mandarin adalah nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang teknik terkait.
• 8–10 tahun pengalaman di operasi manufaktur elektronik, minimal 5 tahun pada level manajerial.
• Pemahaman kuat proses manufaktur elektronik, perencanaan produksi, sistem kualitas, dan operasi pabrik.
• Menguasai ERP/MRP; pengalaman dengan KPI manufaktur merupakan nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin operasi pabrik meliputi Produksi, PMC, Engineering, QC, Maintenance, dan Gudang.
• Pastikan output produksi memenuhi jadwal, kualitas, dan target produktivitas.
• Kelola proses manufaktur elektronik: perakitan, pengujian, kemasan, inspeksi akhir.
• Memonitor efisiensi lini, yield, downtime, dan produktivitas tenaga kerja.
• Implementasikan sistem QA dan patuhi SOP manufaktur serta standar kualitas internasional.
• Bekerja sama dengan Supply Chain, Pengadaan, Pengembangan Produk, dan Komersial.
• Dorong inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan seperti Lean, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, dan biaya.
• Kendalikan pemeliharaan pencegahan untuk keandalan mesin.
• Analisis KPI produksi untuk peningkatan kinerja pabrik dan profitabilitas.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Lead overall factory operations including Production, PMC, Engineering, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
• Ensure production output meets delivery schedules, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Manage electronics manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, packaging, and final inspection.
• Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, yield rate, downtime, and labor productivity.
• Implement quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with manufacturing SOP and international quality standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Development, and Commercial teams for production planning and material readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and cost reduction programs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability and minimize production downtime.
• Analyze production and operational KPIs to improve factory performance and profitability.
• Ensure workplace safety, EHS compliance, and operational discipline across the factory.
• Lead manpower planning, team development, and performance management for factory operations teams.
• Support factory automation, ERP implementation, and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in managerial level.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and factory operations.
• Experience handling OEM/ODM manufacturing, speaker/audio electronics, consumer electronics, or related products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, CAPA, and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems, production reporting, inventory control, and manufacturing KPI management.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage cross-functional teams and high-volume production environments.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
