Job summary

PT. MOTEL ROCKS BALI is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Production team in Bali.

You will help maintain production information, schedules, and records, while coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely updates and actions. The role requires strong data accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup; open to learning new tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Production team, ensuring information, documentation, schedules and follow-up activities are maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update production-related trackers, schedules, reports, and records.
• Support the administration of customer orders and production information.
• Collect and consolidate routine status updates from relevant internal departments and external vendors.
• Follow up on outstanding information, documentation, delivery dates, and agreed actions.
• Support monitoring of fabric readiness, cutting progress, sewing progress, quality status, and other production milestones.
• Highlight missing information, delays, discrepancies, or overdue actions.
• Support preparation of routine production reports and meeting information.
• Assist with data entry and updates within relevant systems, spreadsheets, or ERP platforms.
• Support Motel's sustainability initiatives by considering how our practices can improve, actively working in line with the sustainability journey of the business.

Full Time, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday, 09:00 - 15:00, 1 hour for lunch.

They started purchasing vintage clothing in the USA and selling it wholesale, which eventually led to the creation of stores. The role

To provide administrative and operational support to the Production team, helping ensure production information, documentation, schedules, and follow-up activities are maintained accurately and efficiently. The role supports the smooth coordination of production activities by maintaining records, collecting and updating information, following up on routine actions, and assisting with day-to-day production administration.

About you

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience in production, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or administration would be advantageous.
