Job summary

Midas Talent Match is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production operations in a can factory and component manufacturing environment in Cikupa, Tangerang. The role focuses on translating PPIC plans into effective execution, optimizing manpower and machine utilization, achieving targets, and driving continuous improvement with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will work closely with PPIC, QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure discipline, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, incl. 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Experience in can manufacturing, packaging, metal forming, or components manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for can factory & components manufacturing.
• Execute production plans and schedules from PPIC.
• Optimize manpower allocation, machine utilization, and production flow.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
• Lead and develop supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
• Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and production control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost control, and process stability.
• Prepare production reports and improvement recommendations for management.
