Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking an organized PPIC Staff for our Nganjuk site. You will formulate schedules, monitor inventories, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material flow.

The role requires 1–2 years of PPIC experience, SAP/Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities in Indonesian and English. This position is based on-site with cross-functional collaboration across production, warehousing, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, production scheduling, or inventory control in manufacturing or food processing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong Indonesian and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Track production progress and analyze variances between planned schedules and actual output.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, production efficiency, and material usage for management review.
• Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to optimize storage space and streamline distribution processes.
