Job summary

PT JMY Development Indonesia is seeking a motivated production supervisor to lead daily Laser Cutting, Flipping, and Sewing operations. You will manage manpower, target achievement, output quality, and workflow to drive efficient production.

You will coordinate with foreign supervisors and production staff to make decisions and resolve issues, and provide coaching to leaders and operators to improve performance and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities for Laser Cutting, Flipping, and Sewing processes.
• Manage manpower, production targets, output, quality, and workflow to ensure efficient production.
• Coordinate with foreign supervisors and production personnel in making decisions and resolving production related issues.
• Provide guidance and coaching to production leaders & operators to improve performance and work discipline.
• Prepare and report daily production results and production issues to the Production Supervisor.
