Job summary

PT JMY Development Indonesia seeks a capable Packing and Finishing Lead to supervise daily activities, ensure production targets, and uphold product quality. You will manage manpower and coordinate with foreign supervisors to resolve issues, reporting results to the Production Supervisor and supporting internal and customer audits.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment and ensure compliance with company rules, work instructions, and packing specifications.

Job description
