Cahaya Jakarta, a leading labeling and packaging company in Indonesia, invites a production data analyst to join our team in Jababeka, Cikarang. You will manage finishing data, ensure daily data accuracy, and support decision-making with dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate has a D3, at least 2 years in a similar role, strong Excel and ERP familiarity, and good cross-functional communication. This role offers growth in a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/production system knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Able to use basic measuring tools.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptable, fast learner, able to work in office and production environments.
• Willing to be placed in Jababeka, Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage production (finishing) data to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy of daily operational data (attendance, clocking, production records).
• Prepare reports and dashboards on production performance (lead time, defects, waste, sorting results).
• Monitor production administration, including consumable material usage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Printing, QC, HR) to resolve issues.
• Analyze defects and support corrective actions (NC & CAR documentation).
• Generate and validate system reports (ERP, QR, CSV).
• Support SOP, work instruction, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide data for production planning and lead time projections.
• Handle administrative and operational support tasks within the production area.
