Job summary

vivo Indonesia is seeking a New Product Training System & Courseware Development specialist to manage the creation of training materials and ensure alignment with launch timelines for new mobile devices. You will develop product knowledge content, FAQs, and short videos for frontline teams, and analyze market trends to keep materials relevant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product training, sales training, or terminal marketing within mobile phones or consumer electronics.
• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or instructor in electronics/consumer electronics preferred.
• Able to independently develop basic training materials and PPT courseware.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undertake short-term business trips when required.

Job description

New Product Training System & Courseware Development

• Follow up the launch timeline and training requirements of new mobile phone products.
• Develop product training materials, including competitive product comparison manuals, purchase guide FAQs, product knowledge materials, and short video training content.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure training materials are relevant to local market trends and consumer preferences.
• Localize and adapt training materials according to Indonesian market needs while maintaining alignment with company standards.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, easy to understand, and applicable for sales and frontline teams.

TTT (Train the Trainer) Instructor Enablement

• Participate in centralized Train the Trainer (TTT) programs conducted by headquarters.
• Deliver standardized product training knowledge and teaching methods to local trainer and lecturer teams.
• Support the development and capability improvement of local trainers to ensure consistent training quality across regions.
• Coordinate with headquarters, regional teams, and relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of training programs.

Training & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams, trainers, and/or sales teams when required.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to gather product information and training requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of training programs, materials, and delivery methods.
• Handle other training-related projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product training, sales training, or terminal marketing within the mobile phone, consumer electronics, or related industry.
• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or instructor in the electronics/consumer electronics industry is preferred.
