• Provide basic technical support to customers and sales teams for assigned products.
• Assist in product application guidance, usage instructions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support sales activities through product demonstrations and technical explanations.
• Record customer issues, feedback, and technical inquiries accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, QA, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Follow technical SOPs, safety standards, and reporting procedures.
