Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a capable IT operations assistant to support daily IT operations and user support across the organization. You will coordinate task allocations, shifts, ticket handling, and monitor system availability to ensure service levels are met.

Join JAPFA to help troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues, review logs and reports, and escalate significant incidents to maintain reliability. This role supports cross-team collaboration with vendors and business users.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision of daily IT operations and end-user support activities.
• Coordinate task allocation, shift schedules, and ticket handling.
• Monitor system availability, incident resolution, and service level compliance.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Review incident logs, service reports, and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users for issue resolution.
• Escalate major incidents, risks, or service gaps to supervisors or managers.
• Develop Application Beck End and Front End
