Job summary

CoStar Group, a global leader in real estate information, seeks a Product Support Associate for STR – Jakarta. You will resolve product and website inquiries by phone, email, or live meetings, collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet SLAs.

The role requires native Japanese with fluent English, plus 2+ years in customer-facing support and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Two or more years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Native Japanese speaker with fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience using CRM or case management systems.
• Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and services to resolve client questions and issues.
• Understand client needs and deliver comprehensive solutions within SLAs.
• Serve as a client-facing contact in a fast-paced environment, managing inquiries and escalations.
• Support customers across multiple asset classes as needed.
• Document and track customer interactions and account information in systems.
