Humana in Jakarta seeks a TSIS - Product and Strategy Assistant Manager to define the product vision and roadmap for ATM cash recycling features. You will translate requirements into technical specs and manage the lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will conduct market research, build business cases for funding, and collaborate with engineering, operations, sales and marketing to deliver secure, compliant cash automation solutions for financial institutions.

Formación

• 3-5 years of ATM-CRM and cash recycling systems experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of ATM operations, cash management, and security protocols.
• Experience with product strategy frameworks and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
