Job summary

PT Monotaro Indonesia, a B2B e-commerce platform for industrial supplies, is seeking a market analyst to enhance the fastener product portfolio. You will analyze market trends, assess competitor pricing, and ensure products meet ISO, DIN, ASTM, and ANSI standards.

You will manage the product lifecycle from identifying market needs to phasing out legacy products and collaborate with procurement to safeguard the technical integrity of incoming shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in the fastener industry, industrial hardware, or construction chemicals.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy (carbon steel vs. stainless steel).
• Knowledge of thread types (Metric, UNC, UNF) and coating/plating technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, presentation skills, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
