Job summary

• 3–5+ years of Product Management in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering 2–3 full product cycles.
• Deep understanding of cash loan products, lending flows, and risk management.
• Able to engage with developers and system architects.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in lending products and backend systems to help drive our product vision from concept to execution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping both the customer journey and the internal systems that power it across onboarding, decisioning, approval, and post-loan servicing.

Job Descriptions

Product Strategy & Vision

• Shape product vision with end-to-end user journeys and backend flows in mind
• Identify market opportunities by balancing user needs with tech feasibility
• Align product direction with engineering, risk, operations, and compliance

Market Research & Insights

• Dive deep into customer behavior, competitor moves, and regulatory landscapes
• Surface insights to improve backend processes and uncover product opportunities

Product Development

• Write clear product requirements capturing both UX and internal system logic
• Map full user journeys and backend behaviors (state transitions, validations, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, data, and compliance to ensure the product is both delightful and robust
• Own features end-to-end: from documentation to UAT to post-launch tracking

Job Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
• Strong track record of delivering at least 2-3 full product cycles
• Deep understanding of cash loan products, lending flows, and risk management
• Technically savvy: you can engage confidently with developers and system architects
• Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
