Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) is seeking an AI & IT Lead to drive AI initiatives, design and implement AI-powered RPA solutions, and promote AI adoption across technical and non-technical teams.

You will report to the Head of IT Production & Technology Enablement and collaborate with business units, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance and risk controls are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT.
• Proven AI implementation and support experience in an enterprise.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Business, Data, Risk and Compliance teams.
• Familiar with cloud services, API integration, and AI/ML tools.
• Knowledge of security, data privacy, and secure coding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Business, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset, especially in AI technologies and digital banking trends.
• Familiar with cloud services, API integration, and AI/ML tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of security principles, data privacy, and secure coding or secure configuration practices.
