Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology in Jakarta is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive product vision, prioritization, and delivery objectives, coordinating with stakeholders across the business and IT.

You will translate processes into features, manage backlogs, write user stories, and ensure compliance and timely releases, while focusing on continuous improvement and user value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of product management, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, requirements management, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of HRIS processes; familiarity with SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
• Experience in system implementation or transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
