VLink Inc. seeks a Product Owner to own and prioritize the product backlog for large-scale enterprise systems. You will translate business processes into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile-Scrum and Jira.

The role requires a strong technical background from prior development work, 3+ years as a Product Owner, and proven ability to lead initiatives while driving user-centric product strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional Product Owner experience.
• Strong technical background from previous development roles.
• Proven experience with Agile-Scrum and Jira.
• Deep understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Excellent backlog refinement and writing detailed user stories.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in insurance is a plus.

• Translate business processes, requirements, and activities into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development, QA, and design teams using Agile-Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Drive product-minded strategies that consistently center on the user base and customer experience.
• Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives or teams using Agile principles, leveraging strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Evaluate technical solutions, analyze trade-offs, and make informed decisions to optimize product delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing direction and managing expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Product Owner.
• Strong background as an ex-developer, bringing deep technical understanding to product management.
• Proven experience working in Agile-Scrum environments and using Jira.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, workflows, and activity mapping.
• Proficient in writing detailed user stories and backlog refinement.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with effective communication and influencing abilities.
• Preferably experienced in managing teams using Agile principles and possessing domain knowledge in the insurance industry.
