Job summary
Vivre Group is seeking a Business Applications Developer in Indonesia to shape the product roadmap and drive digital transformation across the IT landscape. You will translate user needs into clear requirements, coordinate development, UAT, and go-live with IT and process owners, and promote user adoption through training and mentoring.
The role emphasizes ensuring consistent system usage and timely system updates, leveraging ERP/SAP and CRM integrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business application development or digital transformation.
- Understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, UAT, and ERP/SAP and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
- Experience driving system adoption among users with varying levels of digital proficiency.
- Experience in the interior fit-out, manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries is a plus.
