Job summary

Shape & Create is seeking a strategic Product Portfolio Manager to lead 2–5 year plans, drive turnover and profitability in assigned markets, and align development with production and supply chain.

You will manage lifecycle, anticipate market needs, steer new product development, and provide training and launch support across sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the short to mid-term product portfolio strategy and plan (2-5 yrs) in assigned markets
• PLC management and Product Performance Management
• Provide training to internal organisation and customers for new and existing products
• Proactive sell-out support of customers
• New Product Development: steer product development and launch of new products and improvements
• Adjust products in their lifecycle (performance, design, function, quality, costs)
• Gathers market knowledge about market standards and requirements and feeds them into NPS
• SoP alignment
• Responsible for rolling demand planning and annual/project budget in consultation with sales team

PLC management and Product Performance ManagementLink between technical product development, Sales, Marketing and SCM. Provides input about necessary product improvements, innovations and sales activities.Adjustment of products in their lifecycle (performance, design, function, quality, costs)Reporting & Performance mgmt.CM1 / Net turnover and pcs analysis – securing the business plan achievementDefine sales actions with sales and measure outcomeResponsible to maintain maser data and product information (incl PIM etc)3.
