Job summary

PT Loren Tech Solutions is seeking a seasoned Product Manager/Owner to drive ERP-related products for QSR and multi-outlet operations. You will craft PRDs and user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work across business, IT, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication with finance, procurement, warehouse, and operations, with deep knowledge of ERP modules including procurement, finance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
• Experience handling products for QSR, F&B chain, restaurant enterprise, retail chain, POS, ERP, or multi-outlet operations.
• Strong understanding of QSR business processes, including outlet operations, POS transaction flow, inventory usage, waste/spoilage handling, shift or cashier settlement, outlet reporting.
• Familiar with ERP modules, especially procurement, finance and accounting, reporting.
• Able to create clear PRDs, user stories, business process flows, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
• Strong ability to communicate with business users, operations, finance, procurement, warehouse, IT, and engineering teams.
• Comfortable discussing API integration, system behavior, data flow, status lifecycle, and error handling.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to business process details.
• Able to manage priorities across business needs, customer requests, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development process.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
