Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for KantorKu HRIS and Dealls ATS. You will translate business goals into outcome-driven initiatives and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features.

The role emphasizes startup pace, multi-stakeholder leadership, and mentoring junior PMs while aligning product direction with market trends and leadership priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record of owning multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking — data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product sense balancing UX, technical constraints, and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more major product lines.

About The Role

You’ll own the roadmap for products that power how Indonesia works — from how companies manage payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, to how they attract and hire top talent on Dealls ATS.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking — comfortable working from both data and intuition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product sense: you can balance user experience, technical constraints, and business value.

Bonus Points

• Experience scaling multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP).
• Technical fluency with APIs, system design, or data infrastructure.
• Leadership experience mentoring PMs or managing cross-functional squads.
