Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a Product Manager to manage and develop the IT product portfolio across hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and networking. You will act as the product expert and trusted advisor for principals, channel partners, sales teams, and end customers.

Key responsibilities include developing GTM plans, building vendor relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting sales with demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, GTM plans, and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with technology principals/vendors and negotiate programs.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to create new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Marketing, and Channel teams.
• Enable channel partners through training and sales enablement.
• Develop product positioning and commercial materials to support sales.
• Support sales with meetings, demonstrations, quotations, and negotiations.
• Create marketing campaigns and demand-generation activities with Marketing.
• Monitor product performance, pipeline, revenue, margin, and inventory.
• Prepare business reviews and forecasts for management.

Product Manager (IT Distributor & Solution)

Manage and develop assigned IT product portfolio, including hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or related technology solutions. Act as the product expert and trusted advisor for principals, channel partners, sales teams, and end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, go-to-market (GTM) plans, sales strategies, and business roadmaps to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology principals/vendors, including negotiation of pricing, programs, incentives, promotions, and business opportunities
• Identify market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to develop new business opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Presales, Technical, Marketing, and Channel teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Enable channel partners through product training, technical/product knowledge sharing, sales enablement, and business development activities
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, presentations, proposals, and commercial materials to support sales activities
• Support sales teams in customer meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, quotations, and negotiations
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, workshops, and demand-generation activities together with the Marketing team
• Monitor product performance, sales pipeline, revenue, margin, inventory, and achievement against targets
• Prepare regular business reviews, sales forecasts, market analysis, and product performance reports for management and principals
