Job summary

Flip seeks a Product Manager - Gaming to own the strategy and roadmap of our Gaming business, turning customer needs into impactful experiences. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Business, and other Product teams to prioritize and drive initiatives from ideation to launch, measuring impact along the way in a fast-paced environment.

This role suits a highly analytical product thinker who can trade off decisions and build products that solve real user problems while driving meaningful

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficient in writing PRDs and user stories within Agile/Scrum.
• Data-driven and able to define and act on metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management across orgs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and execute a product strategy to achieve business goals.
• Own OKRs and drive the roadmap for your team, ensuring alignment.
• Manage prioritization, product definition, execution and impact analysis.
• Build clear PRDs and break down requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in scrum activities including daily standups, planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
• Identify important metrics, build dashboards and analyze data for decisions.
• Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders.
