As a Product Manager at Zero One Group, you will work closely with a highly motivated team of designers, researchers, and engineers to build and scale digital products that create meaningful impact for the businesses we work with. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from understanding customer problems and defining product strategy to prioritizing features, driving execution, and measuring product impact. You will play a key role in connecting business objectives, customer needs, and technical possibilities to deliver products that create measurable value. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously grow your expertise in product strategy, agile methodologies, user research, data-driven decision-making, and product development.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through execution, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Identify customer problems and product opportunities through user research, customer feedback, market insights, and data analysis.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product backlogs.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility, while making clear trade-offs when needed.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution, manage timelines and milestones, resolve blockers, and deliver products on time.
- Define and monitor product success metrics, communicate product performance and progress to stakeholders, and continuously drive improvements that deliver measurable business and customer impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Proven experience owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and strategy to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Strong product sense with the ability to translate customer needs, business goals, and market insights into impactful product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience defining product metrics, analyzing performance, and using insights to drive product decisions.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, product development processes, requirement gathering, PRDs, user stories, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Proven ability to balance business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility while making clear product trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience driving cross-functional teams and influencing Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a digital product, software, technology, or consulting environment.
- Experience managing products across multiple clients, industries, or business domains.
- Experience with AI-powered products, AI/ML features, or integrating AI into digital products is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with UI design platforms (e.g. Figma).
