Job summary

Grab seeks a Lead Product Manager for Transaction Platform Infrastructure to drive scalable, reliable platform solutions for businesses, consumers, and driver partners. You will work with cross‑functional teams across data science, analytics, design, and operations to shape the product roadmap and optimize cross‑vertical workflows.

You will lead experiments, measure impact with KPIs, and build reusable platform components to unlock multiple markets and verticals.

Qualifications

Experience defining product strategy for platform infrastructure.
Ability to collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, data science and operations.
Proven track record of setting and measuring success metrics (KPIs).

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across core flows (cart, order, checkout).
Partner with E, Analytics, Design, Data Science, and Operations to run experiments and scale capabilities.
Collaborate with multiple product teams to develop scalable solutions across products and markets.
Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and communicate impact to leadership.
Set and manage KPI targets aligned with organizational goals and platform adoption.
