Job summary

Zero One Group is seeking a Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with designers, researchers, and engineers to build digital products with measurable business impact.

You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, lead agile teams, and continuously optimize products using data-driven insights across diverse client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Proven end-to-end product lifecycle ownership from discovery to launch.
• Strong product sense translating customer needs into strategy and roadmaps.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and using insights.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Ability to balance business impact, customer value, and feasibility; strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with objectives and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through execution and optimization.
• Identify customer problems and opportunities via user research, feedback, and market insights.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, alignment, and feasibility; manage trade-offs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and milestone delivery.
• Define and monitor product success metrics; report progress to stakeholders and drive improvements.
