Job summary

PT Omron Electronics is seeking an Electronics Engineering Supervisor to oversee design, testing, and validation of electronic components for mass production. You will lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and Kaizen initiatives, coordinating cross-functional work across Engineering, Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

You will mentor engineers and technicians while guiding project timelines from prototype to full-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with supervision or lead roles.
• Hands-on experience in electronics equipment design, schematics, and testing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and design validation in electronics.
• Exposure to Technical Sales, Sales & Marketing, or B2B customer engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise design, testing, and validation of electronic components in line with standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Oversee engineering project timelines from prototype development to full-scale mass production

Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Supply Chain teams

Delegate tasks, guide, and mentor engineers and technicians within the Product Engineering team

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with proven experience in team supervision or project lead roles

Solid hands-on experience in electronics equipment design, schematics, and testing procedures

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and design validation in the electronics sector

Prior exposure or background in Technical Sales, Sales & Marketing, or B2B customer engagement within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred
