Job summary

PT Omron Electronics is seeking an Electronics Engineering Supervisor to oversee design, testing, and validation of electronic components for mass production. You will lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and Kaizen initiatives, coordinating cross-functional work across Engineering, Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

You will mentor engineers and technicians while guiding project timelines from prototype to full-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with supervision or lead roles.
• Hands-on experience in electronics equipment design, schematics, and testing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and design validation in electronics.
• Exposure to Technical Sales, Sales & Marketing, or B2B customer engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise design, testing, and validation of electronic components in line with standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Oversee engineering project timelines from prototype to mass production.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Production, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Mentor engineers and technicians within the Product Engineering team.
