Job summary

PT RANS Kosmetika Indonesia is seeking a Product Development Specialist to develop product concepts, briefs, and hero ingredients for beauty products. You will coordinate development and sampling with R&D, Factory, QC, and packaging suppliers, ensuring alignment with approved concepts.

You'll perform sensory evaluations as a panelist, provide actionable feedback, and keep development trackers, sample evals, and project reports up to date while supporting packaging development and launch prep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Product Development (FMCG/beauty industry is a plus).
• Proficient in English.

Job description

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related, with 1–2 years in Product Development (FMCG/maklon or beauty industry is a plus).

Genuinely into beauty products, market trends, ingredients, and consumer behavior.

Solid research, communication, coordination, and project management skills, plus good grasp of cosmetic packaging (materials, specs, dimensions, sampling process).

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, can juggle multiple projects, and proficient in English.
