Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Product Development, R&D, Innovation, Category Management, or Product Management in healthy foods, FMCG, F&B, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development process.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing, margins, sales, and market dynamics.
• Experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Able to translate consumer and market insights into commercially viable product concepts.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical, strategic, and hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate can connect consumer needs, market trends, competitor insights, product development, pricing, and commercial execution to create products that are both relevant to the market and commercially successful
