Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Product Development professional to drive end-to-end innovation across decorative cosmetics and personal care categories. You will translate consumer insights into breakthrough product concepts and orchestrate development with R&D, Packaging, CMF, and Commercial teams to ensure market-relevant innovations.

The role requires a Chemistry or related science background, at least 2 years in product development or innovation, and strong technical literacy to translate consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Innovation R&D.
• Experience in FMCG/beauty/personal care.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

• Lead ideation, prototyping, and solution showcases to validate product concepts and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Strong interest in beauty and personal care products, including decorative cosmetics and/or personal care categories.
• Strong technical and scientific literacy to assess feasibility and translate consumer needs into product solutions.
• High curiosity and learning agility for continuous exploration and innovation.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Formulation, Packaging, CMF, and other relevant teams.
• Ability to synthesize consumer insights into technical design parameters and differentiated product concepts.
