Job summary

McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations, is seeking a Product Activation Support to join our growing team. You will deliver training and manage the transition of customers' workflows onto the McEasy platform, track go-live success, and provide ongoing technical service after go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree any major with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in IT/software implementation (hands-on).
• SQL/query language experience with strong Excel data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with TMS concepts or can learn quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
• Nice to have client-site/field deployment experience in remote or industrial settings.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across Indonesia (Kalimantan & Sumatra).

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on custom features and manage transitions of workflows to the McEasy platform.
• Track go-live success metrics and execute hypercare post-go-live.
• Provide ongoing technical service and maintenance support to enterprise customers.
• Analyze go-live implementations to identify process or product improvements.
• Compare legacy workflows to McEasy flow to validate fit and flag gaps.
• Source and validate implementation data from internal teams before external outreach.
• Present system walkthroughs to customer stakeholders.
• Operate as Project Manager & Business Analyst for each engagement.

Job Description:

• Deliver training on custom-developed features and manage the transition of customers' operational workflows onto the McEasy platform.
• Track the success matrix for each Enterprise Customer go-live and run hypercare implementation immediately after go live.
• Provide ongoing technical service and maintenance support to enterprise customers after go-live.
• Analyze go-live and customer-flow implementations to identify room for improvement in process or product.
• Compare the customer's current (legacy) workflow against the new McEasy flow to validate fit and flag gaps.
• Source and validate implementation data, typically pulling first from internal cross-divisional teams before going external.
• Present system/product walkthroughs directly to customer stakeholders.
• Effectively operate as Project Manager & Business Analyst for each customer engagement.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree any major with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in IT/software implementation (industry background is flexible, but must include hands-on software implementation)
• Experience working knowledge of SQL/query language, plus strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with TMS (Transport Management System) concepts, or a demonstrated ability to learn a product's feature set within about a week.
• Mastering communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude.
• Nice to have: Experience requiring client site visits or field deployment, ideally including remote or industrial environments (e.g. mining, plantation, logistics)
• Willing and able to travel extensively across Indonesia, including remote and mining-site locations in Kalimantan and Sumatra.
