Zusammenfassung

McEasy is seeking a Key Account Executive to engage with key merchants, resolve inquiries, and gather feedback to tailor our logistics solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, explain functionalities, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value.

You will collaborate with Business Development to explore expansion opportunities and will routinely perform on-site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new business.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in communication or management.
• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management / Business Development / Customer Success.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative mindset.
• Hunter mentality with proactive approach to discovering new opportunities.
• Customer service oriented.
