Zusammenfassung

Japfa Megaluh facility seeks a Data Entry and WMS Support Specialist to help ensure accurate production data, inventory integrity, and smooth warehouse workflows.

You will enter daily production data, monitor stock movements, generate reports, assist physical counts, and collaborate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams.

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Industrial Engineering is preferred with 1–2 years’ experience, and familiarity with WMS and MS Office is required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in data entry, administration, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing/warehousing.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Perform daily data entry and verification related to production activities, including raw material consumption, finished goods production, and waste management.
• Monitor and maintain WMS data integrity, including stock movements, inventory adjustments, and location management.
• Generate various production and WMS reports, such as daily production summaries, inventory reports, and discrepancy reports.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation with WMS records.
• Support troubleshooting of WMS-related issues and elevate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all production and WMS-related records.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be placed in Megaluh, Jombang.
