Job summary

JAPFA, headquartered in Singapore with operations in Indonesia, seeks a skilled Data Entry & WMS Support at our Megaluh facility in Jombang. You will ensure data accuracy for production and warehouse movements, generate essential reports, and assist with physical counts.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a IT/CS/IE degree, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work closely with production, warehousing, and logistics teams while complying with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IE or related field.
• 1–2 years of data entry/administration experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• WMS familiarity is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be placed in Megaluh, Jombang.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting production and Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations at the RPU Megaluh facility, ensuring efficient data management, inventory accuracy, and smooth workflow.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and verification related to production activities, including raw material consumption, finished goods production, and waste management.
• Monitor and maintain WMS data integrity, including stock movements, inventory adjustments, and location management.
• Generate various production and WMS reports as required, such as daily production summaries, inventory reports, and discrepancy reports.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation with WMS records.
• Support troubleshooting of WMS-related issues and elevate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all production and WMS-related records.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in data entry, administration, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
