Job summary

Japfa is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Indonesia to perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accurate handling of materials and inventory.

You will follow SOPs, operate basic warehouse equipment, support stock counts, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement. Fresh graduates are welcome; Excel/data recording skills are valued, with shift work and teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; weighbridge, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and record data accurately.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to ensure weighing/inventory data accuracy.
• Willing to work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job description

3. Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and work with data recording accurately.

4. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of ensuring the accuracy of weighing and inventory data.

5. Willing to work in shifts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional gudang sehari-hari, termasuk penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengambilan, pengemasan, dan pengiriman barang.
2. Menangani material, produk, dan inventaris secara akurat dan aman.
3. Mematuhi SOP gudang serta standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan kebersihan/kerapian area kerja.
4. Mengoperasikan peralatan dan sistem dasar gudang sesuai kebutuhan.
5. Mendukung akurasi inventaris melalui pelabelan yang tepat dan pencatatan pergerakan stok.
6. Membantu pelaksanaan penghitungan stok dan pemeriksaan inventaris.
7. Melaporkan masalah operasional, kerusakan, atau masalah keselamatan kepada atasan.
8. Mendukung pencapaian target produktivitas dan inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimal Diploma (D3) jurusan Teknik Industri, Peternakan, Perikanan, Manajemen, Akuntansi , atau bidang terkait.

2. Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman di area timbang, gudang, logistik, atau manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.

3. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel, serta melakukan pencatatan data dengan akurat.

4. Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik dalam memastikan keakuratan data penimbangan.

5. Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift dan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen di lingkungan manufaktur.
