Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support and advise stakeholders on procurement approaches and requirements, ensuring policy compliance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing outcomes (quotations, tenders).
• Review processes and propose improvements (templates, trackers, SOPs).
• Coordinate procurement documentation and records for completeness and traceability.
• Support end-to-end procurement from sourcing to award, including evaluations and clearances.
• Assist with policy reviews, knowledge management and business continuity activities.
