Job summary

PT Forisa Nusapersada in Indonesia is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage the full procurement cycle for spare parts. You will handle requisitions, sourcing, purchasing and delivery coordination, while maintaining accurate records and reports.

The role requires strong supplier evaluation, negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems, to ensure compliant processes and optimal supplier relationships across the network.

Qualifications

• Manage the full procurement cycle for Spare Parts, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing and delivery coordination
• Assist in identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery criteria
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, specifications and any issues that arise
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and records
• Support the procurement team in conducting price comparisons and market research
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and databases

Job description

• Manage the full procurement cycle forSpare Parts, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing and delivery coordination
• Assist in identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery criteria
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, specifications and any issues that arise
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and records
• Support the procurement team in conducting price comparisons and market research
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and databases
• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management, with specific experience in spare parts procurement or a manufacturing environment preferred ideally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with procurement or inventory management software (SAP System)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping and analyse data
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement
