Job summary

PT Samora Usaha Makmur (SAMORA Group) is seeking a skilled Procurement Staff to support end-to-end purchasing activities at our Jakarta head office. The role focuses on negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor lists, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to manufacturing sites and offices.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in procurement, strong data analytics, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with procurement systems and administration.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Excellent in using MS Office.
• Willing to work at PT Samora Usaha Makmur (Holding Group) Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement process from requisition to payment.
• Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create the Quotation Comparison Form (QCF) before creating the PO.
• Ensure that goods or services are received on time by the user in factory or head office.
• Manage the list of vendors in factory or head office.
• Perform supplier evaluations.
