Job summary

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders in Indonesia. The role involves liaising with suppliers and project managers, ensuring on-time deliveries, and collaborating with the projects team to meet procurement needs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in procurement, strong communication skills, and experience with Direct/Indirect Procurement and CAPEX. This position is based in Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in Direct/Indirect Procurement/CAPEX.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers of goods and services.
• Negotiate terms including price, quality, and deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers on updates.

Job description

Sourcing suppliers of goods and services

Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.

Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods

Create purchase orders

Aware of ERP system

Monitor delivery of goods

Work closely with the projects team to understand details or procurement requirements

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, all major

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Experience in Procurement / Purchasing Role - Direct/Indirect Procurement/CAPEX

Good written and verbal communication skills
