Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking a Specialist, Procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of critical goods and services for our Asia-focused data center platform. You will strengthen supplier partnerships, optimize processes, and support growth objectives.

The role requires a minimum of five years in procurement or supply chain management, expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and knowledge of importation and Incoterms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Familiar with importation processes, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
• Proficient in supplier relationship management and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support business needs.
• Manage procurement budgets and ensure efficient purchasing practices.

What we need

• Manage procurement budgets and ensure efficient purchasing practices.

The successful candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, tender processes, and procurement operations.
• Familiar with importation processes, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPSP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
