Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a Procurement Specialist to execute sourcing for IT, technology and materials, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery. You will analyze purchase requests and supporting documents to maintain accurate procurement records, supporting governance and ERP-based processes.

Job description

Execute sourcing activities for IT, technology and materials to meet operational requirements and liaise with suppliers & internal stakeholders to ensure product quality, compliance, pricing / cost efficiency and delivery. Process further and analyze the purchase request and its supporting documentation from internal stakeholders to maintain continuity of supply and accuracy in procurement records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Able to liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of sourcing & procurement process (include governance / compliance process)
• Supplier relationship management
• Multilingual / Bilingual communication skill
• Negotiation skill
• Experience using e-procurement platform & ERP tools (e.g. Coupa, SAP, etc.)
• Experience in reporting / administrative / contract processes
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management
• Exposure to IT and technology sourcing categories is an advantage
