PT Gandum Mas Kencana, a growing food industry in bakery ingredients, is seeking a procurement professional to join our Tangerang team. The role focuses on purchasing and supplier coordination, requiring a university-level education and at least two years of experience.

The candidate should understand PO processing, requisition handling, quotation verification, and be fluent in English. ERP familiarity with SAP or MS Dynamics AX is preferred.

Competenze

• 1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a similar role.
• 3. Good understanding of purchasing and procurement fundamentals, purchase order processing and administration, purchase requisition handling, and quotation verification.
• 4. Ability to provide responsive purchasing support while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and business interests.
• 5. Ability to identify purchasing and operational issues, take appropriate follow-up actions, and elevate matters when necessary.
• 6. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to clearly communicate purchasing requirements, order status, changes, and potential issues to suppliers, internal users, and relevant stakeholders.
• 7. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or other equivalent platforms.
• 8. Good command of written and spoken English.
• 9. Willing to be placed in Tangerang City, Banten.
