Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking a senior supply chain leader in Indonesia to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes for EPC and solar PV projects. You will develop long-term plans, ensure compliance with electrical standards, and lead critical vendor relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with EPC exposure, strong data analysis, team leadership, and a master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years experience in EPC companies.
• Familiarity with national/international electrical standards.
• Minimum 3 years in senior management; managerial experience a plus.
• Team leadership is a must.
• Experience handling large Excel datasets and complex data.
• Detail oriented and data driven.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Solar PV projects and EPC/Senior Management.

Job description

• Manage, Supervise, and Review of Supply Chain process
• Develop short and long term planning for supply chain management
• Develop solution based on Technical Requirement
• Ensure compliance to national / international technical standar
• Discussion & Presentation with Stakeholder, Clients and other third parties
• Participating in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives
• Create, evaluate, and ensure proper implementation of company internal policies
• Sourcing and engaging major Vendor and purchase
• Control and analyse risk management
• Evaluating spending operations, the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
• Execute the monthly supply planning cycle including the creation and updating of supply plans and identification of key supply decisions

Requirements:

• Graduated from Bachelor's degree
• Have experience in Supply Chain for at least 5 years (minimum)
• Have Experience in EPC company for at least 3 years (minimum)
• Familiarity with national / international electrical standards
• Have experience as senior management for at least 3 years, have experience as manager would be plus point
• Team leading experience is a must
• Experience in working with large Excel files and complex data
• Detail oriented & data driven
• Graduated from Top Universities
