Job summary

PT Deltamas Solusindo is seeking a Solar PV / PLTS Power Plant Engineer in Jakarta to lead engineering execution from feasibility studies through commissioning for utility-scale EPC projects.

The candidate will design PV and electrical layouts, perform system sizing, energy yield calculations, and provide technical support across procurement, construction and project teams, with a focus on PVsyst and AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Solar PV / Renewable Energy / Power Plant / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with PLTS projects of capacity > 1 MWp highly preferred.
• Understanding of Solar PV On-Grid, Off-Grid and/or Hybrid System.
• Understanding LV, MV and HV electrical system.
• Able to read and create SLD and electrical drawing.
• Proficient in PVsyst and AutoCAD.
• Good Excel capability for engineering calculation and analysis.
• Good analytical, problem solving and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PV system design and electrical engineering for PLTS projects
• Conduct site survey and technical assessment
• Create and review PV layout, electrical layout and SLD
• Perform sizing of PV module, inverter, transformer, cable, switchgear and electrical equipment
• Perform DC/AC system calculations, voltage drop, short circuit, load flow, protection and earthing
• Conduct energy yield calculation and simulation using PVsyst / Helioscope
• Prepare Engineering Drawing, Datasheet, Technical Specification, BoQ/MTO and Design Calculation
• Review technical specification and quotation from vendor/supplier
• Provide technical support to Procurement, Project and Construction Team
• Conduct coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, SCADA/Control and Project Management Team

Solar PV / PLTS Power Plant Engineer with experience and competency in engineering projects for Solar Power Plants (PLTS), particularly for utility-scale / commercial & industrial / EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for engineering execution from feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed engineering, technical evaluation, procurement support, construction support to testing & commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct PV system design and electrical engineering for PLTS projects
• Conduct site survey and technical assessment
• Create and review PV layout, electrical layout and SLD

About you

• Experience with PLTS projects of capacity >1 MWp highly preferred
