Job summary

Seven Retail is offering a Procurement Intern position to support the purchasing team across PRs, POs, and data management. You will help maintain records and review vendor documents to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced agency network.

You will gain hands-on experience with procurement workflows, inventory basics, and cross-functional collaboration while developing strong admin and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong administrative skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and procurement data in the system or spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records to support procurement operations.
• Review vendor documents, including invoices and delivery orders, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end purchasing process.
