Job summary

PT. Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern to support daily procurement activities, ensure timely and compliant operations, and assist with vendor documentation, PO tracking, and shipment status.

You will help with sample qualification processes, prepare basic procurement reports, maintain accurate data entry in the procurement system, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the procurement cycle.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates preferred with strong administrative and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Be able to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Prior internship or experience in procurement or administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement operations and vendor documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders and shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist with sample qualification processes and data entry tasks.
• Prepare basic procurement reports and maintain procurement system data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement cycles.
• Understand import processes and documentation related to POs, invoices, packing lists, shipping, and customs.

Job description

As a Procurement Intern, you will support and execute daily procurement activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations. This role manages vendor documentation, tracks purchase order and shipment status, supports sample qualification processes, prepares basic procurement reports, and maintains accurate data entry in the procurement system. The position plays a key role in ensuring material availability, smooth operational flow, and continuous improvement within the procurement cycle.

• Basic understanding of the import process, including POs, invoices, packing lists, shipping, customs clearance, and import documentation.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with strong administrative and coordination skills are encouraged to apply. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Responsible, reliable, and disciplined in handling documentation and administrative tasks.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Previous internship or experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Administration is a plus.
