Job summary

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is offering a 6-month full-time internship in Jakarta Selatan. You will assist the procurement process from PR to PO, collect supplier quotations, monitor lead times, and support negotiations. The role requires active undergraduates or fresh graduates in related fields, with strong Excel skills and communication abilities.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 at the office. ASAP availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) majoring in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement from PR to PO process.
• Support data collection and evaluation for procurement decisions.
• Monitor lead times of purchased goods and daily PRs.
• Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations.
• Assist in supplier negotiations and maintain procurement docs.
• Classify and manage procurement data for reporting.

• Assist the procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
• Support purchase decision analysis by collecting and evaluating procurement data.
• Monitor and ensure the lead time of purchased goods.
• Monitor daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up with related stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations.
• Assist in supplier negotiations and maintain procurement documentation.
• Classify and manage procurement data accurately for reporting purposes.
• Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (required).
• Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
• Available to work full-time from the office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
