The General Supply Procurement Staff is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers/vendors to support the company's operational needs outside of manufacturing production. This role focuses on obtaining the best value in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and service while ensuring compliance with company procurement procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Request, collect, and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Conduct price analysis, supplier evaluation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, service agreements, and payment conditions with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and vendor management.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
