Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya is seeking an experienced Procurement Import professional to lead the import process for IT products and services. You will coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, on-time deliveries while negotiating favorable supplier contracts.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in procurement import, strong English skills, and proficiency with SAP and procurement tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong in importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues).
• Good understanding of import regulations.
• At least 3 years as Procurement Import in IT/ technology company / IT distribution.
• English communication (oral & written) required; Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and other procurement software.
• Willing to work in West Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import process with logistics providers, brokers, and stakeholders for on-time delivery and compliance.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality, delivery and value.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer needs.
• Research potential suppliers and analyze purchasing trends to develop long-term strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
